The Lord of the Wind kiteboarding competition takes place in Los Barriles, Baja California Sur.  The annual event, now in its fifth year, is sponsored by the local Rotary Club and features four days of kiteboarding as well as affiliated parties. The event will take place from January 13-18, 2015.
