Come celebrate Tijuana in San Diego! You are invited to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the city of Tijuana with the authors of the new coffee-table book, “Tijuana/22000” and the authors of the photography book “Tijuana 1964.” Guest of honor will be Dr. Jorge Astiazarán Orci, the Mayor of Tijuana.

Evening to include: presentation of both books, an address from the mayor of Tijuana, meet the authors, book signings, photography slideshows, tequila tasting, the original Caesar salad recipe, local TJ craft beers from BCB Brewery and Cerveceria Tijuana, and music from DJ Mateo.

$15 cover includes food, drinks, and access to the museum’s current exhibitions. Tickets may be bought in advance at mingei.org or at the door.
