Drew Deckman Oysters at Petco Park
Chef Drew Deckman from Valle de Guadalupe’s Deckman en el Mogor and Conchas de Piedra will be bringing his culinary creations to San Diego Padres games this season at Petco Park. Deckman has partnered with hospitality group Delaware North to bring several seafood creations to Ballast Point’s restaurant, The Draft. Expect fresh fish tacos, a variety of oysters, and ceviche. There are a few other non-seafood offerings such as the “dirty” Baja fries with shrimp ceviche, queso fundido, and pico de gallo.

Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo
The 25th Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo will take place on April 13th at the Hotel Coral & Marina in Ensenada. This popular seafood and wine festival will be preceded by accompanying events Salon del Vino on April 11th, and Mesas Marinas on April 12th where guests enjoy a meal alongside a local chef and winemaker. 2025 Fiestas de la Vendimia
The Ensenada wine association Provino has annouced the dates for their 2025 events and festivals, including the Valle de Guadalupe Fiestas de la Vendimia which will take place from July 30th to August 23rd.
