Rancho La Puerta Culinary Week
Rancho La Puerta will be hosting Culinary Week from July 13 to 20, 2024, celebrating the vibrant flavors of Baja California cuisine. Talented local chefs will prepare dishes that showcase Mexico’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. You’ll have the chance to learn from expert chefs and explore the beautiful organic garden. Featured chefs include Reyna Venegas (Executive Chef La Cocina Que Canta at Rancho La Puerta), Claudette Zepeda, Claudia Sandoval, Maylin Chávez, and winemaker Kristin Magnussen (Lechuza Vineyards). Viñedos en Flor Wine Festival
The Fiesta de los Viñedos en Flor will take place on Saturday, June 8 at Decantos winery. The wine and food event will take place from 12-7pm and will include wine tastings from over 80 wineries and food from eight of the region’s top chefs. San José del Cabo will be holding a beerfest on Saturday, June 15th at 5pm. The event will feature craft beer, local food, and live music. Free admission.

Vino Sin Fronteras Festival
The Vino Sin Fronteras (Wine Without Borders) Festival will take place on Saturday, June 29th at the Club Campestre in Tijuana. The event will feature over 50 Baja wineries, food from chefs around Northern Baja, and live music. For tickets and more information, visit the Provino website.

Fauna Makes World’s Best 100 Restaurants List
Valle de Guadalupe’s Fauna Restaurante has made the San Pellegrino list of the World’s Best Restaurants, coming in at number 100. Fauna was named The Best Restaurant in Mexico at Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, but this year marks its debut on the extended list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
