Los Cabos Restaurants to Stop Offering Dorado and Marlin
Los Cabos restaurants will no longer offer Dorado (Mahi-Mahi) or Marlin on menus. The two popular fish species are being reserved for sportfishing in the region. You will still be able to bring in your freshly-caught fish to have it prepare for you by the restaurant, but the restaurants themselves will not be able to offer the fish on their menus.
