Fauna Named Best Restaurant in Mexico
Valle de Guadalupe’s Fauna has been named the 2023 best restaurant in Mexico. The restaurant is situated on the Bruma property and run by chef David Castro Hussong. Fauna also earned the #5 spot on the Top 50 Restaurants of Latin America, joined by Valle de Guadalupe restaurants Villa Torel (#19), Animalón (#53), and Lunario (#54). Castro’s partner, Maribel Aldaco, was also named Best Pastry Chef in Latin America 2023.
