Aguas con los Tacos
Next time you’re in Esnenada, check out Aguas con los Tacos, a new taco stand in Ensenada operated by the same family as the famous La Guerrerense food cart. The casual family business serves tacos de guisado (tacos with fillings made from a large variety of traditional Mexican stews) and aguas frescas. Festival de la Conchas y el Vino Nuevo
Tickets are now available for purchase for the 23rd Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo (Shellfish & New Wine Festival). Taking place on Sunday, April 23rd at Hotel Coral & Marina in Ensenada, this is one of Northern Baja’s beloved foodie events where local chefs turn out scrumptious shellfish dishes, and local wineries serve new vintages of wines. Tickets are MN$1,200 and can be purchased on the Provino website.
