Baja Restaurants Awarded Place on List of Latin America’s Best Restaurants

Two Baja California restaurants, Manzanilla in Ensenada, and Animalón in Valle de Guadalupe were honored with rankings on the list of the best restaurants in Latin American. Chef Benito Molina’s Manzanilla was ranked #54 and Chef Javier Plascencia’s Animalón was ranked #100. Tune in on November 15th as the top 50 restaurants in Latin America are announced.

Baja Hosted World Congress of Vine and Wine

Ensenada recently hosted the 43rd annual World Congress of Vine and Wine. The global event is organized each year in one of the 48 member countries of the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and brings together scientists, academics, and grape and wine producers. During the event, guests visited Valle de Guadalupe and surrounding wine regions to enjoy tastings and to learn about Mexican wineries’ practices in environmental matters, microclimates, agriculture, and oenology.

Todos Santos Gastrovino 2022

Celebrating its 10th year, the Todos Santos Gastrovino event will take place Nov. 10-13, 2022. The wine and culinary event will feature a number of Baja California (mostly Valle de Guadalupe) wineries, as well as food from local restaurants and chefs.
