Presale Tickets Available for Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo

Presale tickets are now available until March 31 for Provino’s Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo which will take place on Sunday, May 1 at the Hotel Coral & Marina in Ensenada. Over 70 local wineries will be pouring wines and the best chefs of the region will be preparing fresh shellfish like oysters, mussels, abalone, and clams. Presale tickets are available through the Provino website.

Chileno Bay Resort’s Guest Chef Line Up

Los Cabos’ Chileno Bay Resort will be celebrating the fifth year anniversary of their acclaimed restaurant COMAL by hosting a guest chef once a month for a Baja Lab Kitchen Culinary Series. The exclusive gastronomy event will include chefs such as Virgilio Martínez of Central in Lima and Daniela Soto-Innes of Cosme in New York City. Other guest chefs gracing the line-up will include top Baja chefs such as David Castro of Fauna in Valle de Guadalupe and Benito Molina of Ensenada.
