Baja Restaurants Make the 2022 Guía México Gastronómico
San Pellegrino, Nespresso, and Larousse Cocina have released their 2022 “Guía México Gastronómico” featuring the best 250 restaurants in all of Mexico. Many Baja restaurants made the list including Madre, Sabina Restaurante, and Manzanilla in Ensenada. Also in Baja California were Fauna, Villa Torél, Finca Altozano, and Animalón in Valle de Guadalupe. Baja Sur restaurants that made the list included Comal at Chileno Bay and Carbón Cabrón in Cabo; Jazamango in Todos Santos; Nemi and Tatanka in La Paz; and Flora Farms in San José del Cabo.
