Tickets for Sale for Conchas y el Vino Nuevo

The 21st edition of Ensenada’s Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo (Shellfish & New Wine Festival) will take place this year, but in a smaller more intimate format.  The festival will still feature a few days of educational seafood workshops, but the large shellfish and wine tasting event will be replaced by a smaller event called Mesas Marinas on April 17th. There will be 15 tables of 10 people and each table will be hosted by one of the region’s top chefs, a winemaker, and a shellfish producer. The experts will walk you through the gastronomic experience of the four courses with a wine pairing. Host chefs include big names such as Javier Plascencia, Diego Hernandez, and Drew Deckman who will be joined by top winemakers from Valle de Guadalupe. There will be two seatings for the event, one at 1pm and another at 5pm. You can learn more about the event on the Provino website or purchase tickets for the Mesas Marinas at the link here.
